Refund & Warranty Policy

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
  • Requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 working days.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for items of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

Warranty Policy

  • Most electronic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or more depending on the product).
  • Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Customers must retain invoices and warranty cards for service claims.
  • Warranty services will be provided by Wendesi.lk or directly by the manufacturer/authorized service center.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items without original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective on delivery).
